6th Annual Hold Our Youth Tight Triathlon: Totally 80's!

FRIDAY, JUNE 23, 2023
Trap Shooting Event @ Madison County Sportsmen's Club:

3 teams will shoot at a time, with the first time slot being 5:00 PM.

Teams will sign-up for a preferred time slot, which will every half-hour.

Teams will be asked to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their schedule time.
The consumption of alcohol prior to and during the trap shooting event is prohibited. Alcohol is not allowed on the Madison County Sportsmen's Club premises.

7:45 - 8:15 AM Teams to arrive to the Parker Residence where the bags & sand volleyball events will be held

8:30 AM National Anthem & Opening Ceremony

9:00 AM Bags & Sand Volleyball Games begin

5:00 PM Band begins, Zipp's Food Truck arrives

Nightfall - Fireworks
PLEASE NOTE: PAYMENT FOR THE REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR TEAM'S SPOT IN THE TRIATHLON. AFTER COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION FORM, PLEASE PROCEED TO PAYMENT IN ORDER TO SECURE YOUR SPOT.
Other Event Information
Meals will be available for purchase at the Parker residence on Saturday, June 24:

Lunch will be available starting at 11 AM, menu coming soon!

Dinner will be available starting at 5 PM from Zipp's Food Truck
Feel free to drink alcohol at the Parker Residence, but please be advised alcohol will not be provided (BYOB). Also, please drink responsibly!
You are welcome to bring a tent and/or camper and camp on the Parker's ground.
Event Scoring

Events will also be set up individually in a tournament style so that individual event champions will also be recognized.

All teams will be guaranteed at least 2 volleyball games.

Each pair on each team will be guaranteed at least 2 bags games (each team should have 3 pairs that will all play bags).

A points system will be utilized identify an overall Triathlon winner.
Raffle tickets will be available for purchase.
